Aircraft Engine Services

TRACE’s FAA-certified field service technicians will deploy anywhere in the world to provide preventative or emergency aircraft maintenance. All maintenance is fully-documented, photographed and presented on CD/DVD with optional hard copies by request. We also maintain an internal database of performed maintenance in the event back-ups are requested. 

In addition to field services, we offer replacement parts, component upgrades and packaged replacement kits that can be shipped anywhere in the world. Our service capabilities include:

Aircraft Firewall Kits

Firewall forward kits ARE mandatory on all TRACE engine installations to provide necessary instrumentation and engine support systems. TRACE aircraft firewall forward kits are engineered specifically for each aircraft.

Engine Overhaul Services

TRACE overhauls are significantly more cost-effective than comparable turbines. An average TRACE overhaul from our service center takes about 3 weeks and costs approximately $40,000. A turbine overhaul over the same time period would cost between $172,000 and $180,000.
